What is the Jumbo Squishy Cheese Block?

The Jumbo Squishy Cheese Block is a cheese-shaped sensory fidget toy made by Smooshos, one of the sensory and fidget toy brands we carry at The Therapy Store. Squeeze it, stretch it, or press into it, and it slowly returns to its original block shape. It is designed as a bigger, jumbo-sized squishy cheese, giving a bit more surface to work with than the smaller squishy cheese styles on the market.

Like all Smooshos products, it is built for sensory play, fidgeting and stress relief, and is suited to a wide age range from kids through to adults who like a hands-on fidget toy at a desk or on the go.

Why the cheese squishy trend has taken off

Squishy, cheese-shaped fidget toys have become a genuine trend online over the past year, with people sharing squishy hauls, reviews and unboxings of cheese squishies from different brands. That's part of why this jumbo cheese squishy has been in such high demand here at The Therapy Store. If you've seen the trend and have been looking for a big cheese squishy that's actually in stock in Australia, this is the one.

Is this the same as a NeeDoh?

Not quite. The Jumbo Squishy Cheese Block is made by Smooshos, a different brand to NeeDoh (which is made by Schylling). Both are squeezable sensory toys and both are popular right now, but they're separate product lines. If you're specifically after NeeDoh, we stock the full NeeDoh range as well. If you just want a big, squishy, cheese-shaped fidget toy, this Smooshos block is the one on this page.

Looking after your Squishy Cheese Block

Note: The flexible and squishy nature of these products means they will not last indefinitely. We'd love them to, but unfortunately they don't... Depending on use, they may last an hour, a week or a year. Generally, the friendlier you are, the longer they last. All squishy and stretchy items are durable, but not indestructible. Not recommended for children who may try to bite, chew or ingest the contents. Avoid aggressive or excessive squishing, stretching and contact with any sharp objects.
