Pick 'Em Stacks

Pick ‘Em Stacks can be used as a refill for the Pick 'Em Starter Set or as a stand alone pack of 3 if you already have tweezers.

They are designed as a support for those that delight in 'extraction' & and/or struggle with picking and pulling.

The immersive experience involves focus, digging, resistance, satisfaction and sheer delight for many. Great for mindfulness, regulation and calming. 

Each of the silicone discs contain items with purpose in mind. In addition to being pure joy for many, there is a more serious side to this genuine sensory seeking behaviour. Picking and pulling can be a form of stimming sometimes referred to as body-focused repetitive behaviour and is very common. It can be a sensory self-regulation behaviour, stim or part of repetitive ‘loop’ and can lead to compromised skin, bald patches, risk of infection, scars, shame and distress.

These are single use, however will likely surprise you as to how long they take to do.
