Bilibo 25 Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter
1.1 The Promoter is The Therapy Store Pty Ltd (67 604 012 179) of 40-42 Beecher Street,Preston VIC 3072 (Promoter).
1.2 These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the Bilibo 25 Giveaway (Promotion). By entering, you agree to these Terms. Instructions on how to enter, as published on the Promoter's Instagram account, form part of these Terms.
1.3 This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in deciding the winners.
2. Who can enter
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over with a public or private Instagram account. A parent or guardian may enter on behalf of their child.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, MOLUK and their Australian distributor, and their immediate families, are not eligible. Immediate family means spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
2.3 The Promoter may verify the eligibility of any entrant and may disqualify anyone who does not meet these Terms.
3. Promotion period
3.1 The Promotion opens when the entry post is published on @thetherapystore on Tuesday October 13 at 4pm AEDT and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Friday 23 October 2026 (Promotion Period).
3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be judged.
4. How to enter
4.1 To enter, during the Promotion Period you must:
- follow @thetherapystore and @moluk_design on Instagram;
- like the Promotion post on @thetherapystore; and
- comment on the Promotion post telling us what your child would turn a Bilibo into.
4.2 You may comment more than once, but each person can win only one prize.
4.3 Entrants must still follow both accounts at the time of judging. Entries from accounts that are fake, automated or created to enter promotions will be disqualified.
4.4 There is no cost to enter, apart from any internet or data charges from your provider.
5. Judging
5.1 Judging will take place at 40-42 Beecher Street, Preston VIC 3072 on Monday 26 October 2026 by a panel appointed by the Promoter.
5.2 The panel will select the 25 entries it judges to be the most creative and original. The panel's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.3 If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or does not claim their prize under clause 7, the panel will select the next best entry.
6. Prizes
6.1 There are 25 prizes. Each prize is one Bilibo Classic, valued at $44.95 (incl. GST). The total prize pool is valued at $1,123.75 (incl. GST).
6.2 Bilibo colours are allocated by the Promoter and cannot be chosen.
6.3 Prizes will be posted free of charge to an address in Australia within 14 days of the winner claiming their prize.
6.4 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6.5 The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost or damaged in the post once dispatched to the address provided by the winner.
7. Winners
7.1 Winners will be notified by direct message from the @thetherapystore account only, within 2 business days of judging. Winners' Instagram handles will also be announced on @thetherapystore stories.
7.2 The Promoter will never ask a winner to pay a fee, click an external link or provide bank or card details to claim a prize. Any message asking for these is not from the Promoter.
7.3 To claim, winners must reply to the direct message within 7 days with their full name, postal address and email address. Winners who do not reply in time forfeit their prize.
8. Entry content
8.1 Entries must be your own original work. Entries that are offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, infringe anyone's rights, or name or show a child other than your own will be disqualified.
8.2 By entering, you allow the Promoter and MOLUK to repost your comment on their social media channels, credited to your Instagram handle, without payment.
8.3 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts unfairly, including using multiple accounts or automated tools.
9. Privacy
9.1 The Promoter collects winners' names, postal addresses and phone numbers only to deliver prizes. This information will not be sold or shared, except with a courier to deliver the prize.
9.2 Personal information is handled under the Promoter's privacy policy at https://www.thetherapystore.com.au/privacy-policy/, which explains how to access or correct your information or make a complaint.
10. General
10.1 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from all liability connected with the Promotion.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the Promotion or the prizes, except loss caused by the Promoter's negligence.
10.3 If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of anything beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any applicable law.
10.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
